Of Paper And Dolls

This is my first journal page that I have made for a trade for a gal in Oregon. I decided to work zetti style and the theme laugh. I found this horse laughing and it really made me laugh, so hopefully it will do the same for the viewer. It's one thing to amuse yourself, but another to find out the reaction of others.

This is the other side of the journal page.

I also made a companion piece to this side that she can attach somewhere in her book. I used a coaster from the Olive Garden as the base.

Another trade I finished up was that of a mermaid for a gal in Canada.

Do you see what is happening lately? Seems that I am doing as much paper work as I have fibers! I so love enjoying all mediums! Perhaps my art work will be more mixed media in the future!

I am also pleased to see that I have nearly 100 followers! I shall give away another piece of jewelry for the 100th lucky person and also chose a random number for any of the hundred for another prize!

You always do such great stuff. LOL about the paper...paper is how I started out, thus sometimes difficult for me to put things into fabric!

I absolutely LOVE Zetti. Love these pages. Way back when I first fell into the Zetti Yahoo group I had no idea how freeing it would be. It really did force me to PLAY more with my art. I love mixed media because it just give you permission to play with everything.
You go girl. :)Bea
