Creative Resemblance

There is creativity and imagination where ever you go! Rog and I were in a sports bar waiting for dinner and had a couple of drinks. I took my drink and his lime and created a new drink that I now call The Bloody Duck! Can you see the resemblance with Elmer? I know, I had too much time on my hands (or too much to drink) lol, time to be back creating. I will upload a photo of a wall quilt that I soon have finished!

O.K. a bit of an update, Got the wall quilt finished. With the colors and feathers, you can see it was Elmer inspired too!

Okay, so the next time I order a drink, I shall ask for "A bloody Duck"---and I'm quite sure I will have to explain how to make it but that's okay! Yay! for Elmer and all the inspiration he has provided!

Thanks, I had a great birthday! I'm already enjoying my 30's. I'm not sure I could drink something that looked like it was looking back at me. :) And what a gorgeous quilt you made! I've always wanted to learn how to do quilts, especially with those modern fabrics.
